Estimated turnaround times shown on the website are approximate and not guaranteed.

During busy periods, seasonal events, or postal disruptions, delivery times may be longer than expected.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the stated turnaround time.

However, we are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by postal services or couriers;
  • Incorrect delivery addresses provided by customers;
  • Lost or delayed parcels once marked as dispatched.

Because our products are personalised:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind;

  • Clear photographs where applicable.
